About Us

Ashley’s love for massage began while she was on a massage table in Bali, Indonesia. The experience was so life changing that she signed up for massage school at Douglas J. Aveda before she even returned home to the U.S. She began massage school less than a month later and never looked back! Since graduating, Ashley has had the opportunity to work at a Forbes Top Rated Spa in Detroit and has worked to perfect her craft daily. Ashley is very good at palpating muscle tension and takes pride in releasing the discomfort. She loves to perform hot stone and prenatal massages, but can also apply deeper pressure when needed.

Jerrell is a graduate of Douglas J. Aveda Institute’s massage therapy program. He is also a master of science in sports/exercise science (Georgia Southern University). Jerrell’s experience includes an internship with the University of Connecticut men’s football team in a strength and conditioning/athletic training capacity. He is great at deep tissue and sports massage as well as stretching techniques to increase muscle mobility, flexibility, and joint range of motion. His goal is to help you relieve muscle tension and aid in the recovery of damaged soft tissue.
