All appointments made via phone require a 35% deposit. If the deposit is not received, the appointment time-slot will remain open. The remaining cost of the service can be paid at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies do arise and there may come a time that you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

In the event that this does occur, please make note of the following options:

For Phone Bookings: Appointments that are cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a deposit refund. Deposits for all other cancellations are non-refundable. We offer a one-time reschedule; however, the rescheduled appointment must be pre-paid in full in order to finalize the booking.

For Online Bookings: Appointments that are cancelled 48 hours or more in advance may be cancelled with no penalty. All other cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 35% of the cost of the service. We offer a one-time reschedule however; the rescheduled appointment must be pre-paid in full in order to finalize the booking.
